Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Securely place the unused umbrella in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included to maintain eligible condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
